Official Statement – SWAO

It is with great honor that we announce the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of SWAO, scheduled for 29th December this year. This occasion shall not merely be a meeting but a moment of collective pride, as we gather to celebrate the graduation of the Classes of 2025 and 2024, and all the alumni of this organization while also commemorating the anniversary of SWAO. Comprehensive details will be conveyed in due course through an official memo, and the finalized budget will likewise be presented here for your review and thoughtful commendation.

When both hold a gun, the discourse may be called law. When both hold a knife, the dialogue may be framed as rules. When both come empty-handed, reason becomes the ground of their exchange. Yet when one stands with a gun while the other stands with nothing, the weapon ceases to be mere steel; it becomes the custodian of life itself. Such a reality reminds us that law, rules, and morality derive their legitimacy only when anchored in the foundation of equality.

We inhabit a world where the voice of truth is too often silenced. When money speaks, truth retreats into shadows. When power asserts itself, even money bows in submission. But within SWAO, we chart a different course. Here, comrades are welcomed not for possessions or positions, but for the dignity of their humanity. We stand resolute under one vision and one voice.

SWAO transcends the bounds of an association; it is a fellowship bound by shared struggles and collective aspirations. It is a space where hunger is not dismissed as mere lack, but recognized as hunger for justice; where striving is not struggle alone, but the mark of determination; where endurance is celebrated as strength. Within SWAO, no comrade stands in isolation.

Our solemn obligation is to safeguard unity, for in unity rests our enduring strength. In this covenant, fairness becomes our law, equality our rule, and truth our compass. Thus fear yields to reason, greed yields to service, and power discovers its rightful home in the hands of the people.
